In May 2025, one set of wood pallet block making machine was successfully delivered to our customer in Ecuador. The client is a local manufacturer specializing in wooden packaging materials and pallet production. To expand their business and reduce export fumigation costs, they decided to adopt an eco-friendly production line for fumigation-free pallet blocks.

The customer noticed that the demand for durable, moisture-resistant, and environmentally friendly pallet materials is growing rapidly in the export market. Traditional solid wood blocks often suffer from high moisture content, cracking, and low strength, which limit their long-term usability. Therefore, the client needed a machine capable of producing high-density, waterproof pallet blocks with stable performance and low maintenance requirements.
Recommended Solution for Wood Block Machine
Based on the customer’s raw materials (mainly sawdust and wood shavings) and factory layout, our technical team recommended a wood block machine with a capacity of 4–5 m³ per 24 hours.
The machine is equipped with a PID power and voltage regulation control system, which ensures precise temperature control. Under high temperature and pressure, lignin in the sawdust softens and acts as a natural binder, resulting in smooth, dense, and highly water-resistant pallet blocks.
