Customer Background
The customer is a trading company in Myanmar. Charcoal is a new product line for them, so they were looking for a reliable and long-term supplier. In April 2025, they started a cooperation project with Shuliy for carbonization equipment.
Project Progress
The customer had a budget of $40,000. After several negotiations and a video factory tour, they decided to purchase a full چارکول کی پیداوار لائن. Our Recommended Furnace Model
We recommended the SL-C1500 vertical carbonization furnace. We customized it with an 8 mm-thick inner liner, double inner furnace design, and a lifting system for quick replacement and continuous carbonization. We also guided the customer to use waste wood as fuel to help reduce energy costs.

Implementation Results
After the equipment arrived, we provided remote installation guidance. The first carbonization cycle took about 9 hours, producing 1,000 kg of high-quality charcoal per batch. The charcoal had excellent hardness, and there were no smoke emission issues.
